Hatha Yoga is the physical posture practice (asanas), the one we tend to see across the yoga studios. This is just one aspect of Yoga however. Other Yoga practices include: Bhakti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Karma Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Raja Yoga, Laya Yoga and Jnana Yoga.


We recommend everyone starts with Hatha Yoga while simultanoesly gaining an understanding of the body and mind. Very naturally then will you start merging other yoga practices into your lifestyle.
